Bill of Sales Fees

Please remember, all transfers must be accompanied by an original certificate of registry.

  • $3.00 per transfer with certificate re-issue without a photo.
  • $4.50 per transfer with certificate re-issue with a photo.
  • All fees are doubled for non-members.
  • All transfer of ownership must take place within (2 months / 60 Days).
    • As per USDA Law 
    • a late fee of $1.00 may be charged for all transfers made past 60days.
  • Transfer of registration is the responsibility of the seller of the animal.
  • Transfer fees can be paid by either the Seller or the New Owner.
  • If needed an Official Electronic Transfer can be sent to the New Owner
